Postage speed varies depending on your location, with deliveries within major metropolitan areas the quickest.



If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by emailing us at within 7  days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by a Customer Service Representative.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund provided items are unopened and all packaging is intact. Both return postage costs will be at your expense.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

1. A copy of your delivery note or your order number
2. Return authorisation (obtainable from a Customer Service Representative

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending it via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
